trained legs today.

got pretty fucked up on some strong preworkout shit and even on the way to the gym i was raging and on my horn at cunts for driving at <60km/h. idgaf if ppl stop and try fite me, if you knew me IRL youd know id f*ck up any c*nt, i got machettes and shit in my car and SKS. gf tried to have a 'serious talk' with me, told her to stfu and mind her own business and that shes not my mum so cant tell me what to do. dont have time for talking shit with sluzzas on training days.

anyway got to gym and my training program which i made up said to do deadlifts. started with 140 and worked my way up. 

140x5

180x5

230x3

270x5 got vid this time. was easy.

180x5 just fucking round with different techniques, tryna use legs more than i do.

 

then did stiff legged deadlifts and leg extensions. first time ever doing SLD and did 140x10 2 sets then had to drop weight progressively coz was getting fucked. doing these because my knee is rooted from doing squats and cant even do hamstring curls although oddly enough leg extension is sweet. was alternating between these 2 excercises. dunno how many sets i did but some old c*nt almost walked backwards into me as i was walking to get water so told him if he fucking touches me ill drop him and he went to different area of gym.

youd probably look swole too if you purchased some test which actually had test in it. idk even how much im on per week coz i just pin 1.6ml (250mg/ml) whenever i feel like it coz its HRT so doesnt matter, but like 1000-1200 at a guess coz pin e2d e3d usually

was having important convo bro. but my back seems ok atm..could be better, but could be worse too. atm its just really tight and tensed all the time, but its no worse after doing deads yesterday. 

anyway my goal is to hit 290 for 5 reps. will be happy with 280 for 5 though. timeframe for this is by end of year, although if i havent hit 280x5 by then i will be mad, as i plan to hit that within next month or 2.  im gonna (well i have as of recently) start training properly and by that i mean actually pushing myself in the gym. eat properly too. and by that i mean get enough protein and enough energy from food.

most people on this forum are just weak because theyre pussies who care about their macro split and IF more than actually training hard and using the right drugs. these ppl just print off random programs from online sources which use basic mathematical formulas written by other weak faggots who have done an introductory microsoft excel course and whose facebook page says theyre a PT when they look like they only started lifting within the last 3 months if at all, and 95% of their clients are females who resemble various species of the order cetacea

I cbf GH15. forum was a joke mostly although it actually had a decent number of posters which meant that there was still decent number that actually lifted despite the fact that the majority who parroted GH15 quotes and other BS didnt

straps are because i do more than 1 rep of 270 phaggot. my grip strength is adequate. if you tried to fondle my hand in the gym after i had taken my preworkout in the hope that some of my lifting excellence might rub off on you or to fulfill some disgusting homoerotic fantasy that you harbour in your sick and twisted mind then you too would share this knowlege as surely as I would break every bone in your hand with mine.

Yeah things are going good, had a good workout before and did some cardio after. I am looking forward to my dinner tonight, steak and rice. I was thinking of switching to basmati rice after Daz69's comments on brown rice. What are your thoughts?? Sorry not much progress on the pharmasist haha, better to play these things slowly. Been fishing lately? how are the invests going? I hear the latest economic reports have been very optimistic for Q2 and Q3.

yeah caught a catfish the other day and a goose..both with my bare hands. let them go though. i just get sun rice medium grain as per pic. dont wana rock the boat with too long or too short a grain size. my dinner last night was steak and pasta with a nice pasta sauce. you would have probably enjoyed it, if i had invited you over which i would have if it wasnt for the fact we live 750km apart.

Im actually having a break from the investment scene for the moment. i got too caught up in it, and i really feel like i need some time out to focus on discovering myself so that i can grow (metaphorically of course) as a person.

My suggestion to you re the pharmacy girl would be of a similar nature. Just focus on yourself and living a fulfilling and happy lifestyle. Dont ever think that you need someone else to make you happy. If the girl is right for you things will just fall into place and before you know it you will each be finishing each others sentences, spotting each other on smith machine squats, and cooking delicious high protein dishes for one other with a white rice on the side, similar to the one in the picture above, which i believe is a Daz69 approved variety. And if not you will find another, of that i am sure.

arms today. hit 140x9 on closegrip bench. prev best was 140x6, so good strength jump. gf was vidding it but fucked it up and split the vid (i.e took 2 vids instead of one continuous one) also missed a rep, so cbf uploading it. got a vid of 1 rep and vid of 7 reps from same set. was defs 9 reps though im not a retard that cant count and i dont lie about what i lift.

yeah nah i just train to take self photography purposes and because i want to improve my lifts and if all goes well ill do another bench comp and/or push pull comp. if shit level competitive bodybuilding was financially lucrative i would consider it but for most in nz it isnt and most ppl would probably do better starting a gym clothing brand which im not going to do because that's gay as f*ck.

i cbf board shorts. stubbies/rugby shorts are where its at. and yup lol no legs

tues was day off. yesterday did shoulders.

got 80x10 and 90x5 for military press which although not the best ive done is pretty close to it and good numbers for me. to be honest workout should have been longer as i only had half an hour before gym closed. 

did 'face pulls' i believe its called? for first time. seemed ok although i felt like a little bitch doing it on the cable thing with f*ck all weight.

i need some other good shoulder excercises though if anyone has any suggestions. atm i just do ohp/military press, side raises and rear delt flies (reverse pec-deck). tried doing front raises again with various hand spacing but it just fucks up my shoulders.

what excercises do you faggots find good?
