2nd time since like dec or jan that ive done them. need bigger/stronger legs for deads. last time did 140 5x5 squats.

Sorry - thought you were just continuing the BF% argument with Rebel101, and since I couldn't see any pic either, I deleted the post. BTW, the reason you can see the pic is because your browser has already seen it and cached it, but the place you're hosting it from has blocked hotlinking of images so we can't pretend it's hosted on our site.

Anyway, to your original question... I'm not familiar enough with female bodyfat % to give you a confident answer, sorry. Maybe 16-20% or something? I really don't know.

In pretty good shape though, Azide. You're looking much better here than your last progress pics - well done!
