^ Will try some lower rep D/B work, i dont ever have a spotter, but i could try pulling down at the bottom to get better ROM. I just never seem to be able press heavy D/B's, I can do like 8-10 reps at 37.5kg. its been at that weight for 6 months+

As for liver YOLO but still get checked so you can extend said life

Im sure it is better than a liver transplant in 5 years

":1tjafwt2]got wasted every day the last week since sunday. wennt to the gym yesterday evening still half pissed from drinking that morning for benching sbut it wa ssht im way weaker and getting sore elbows and wrists etc. pretty much quitting and just not eating. post workout was bottle of wine. typical dieat is 4 chickencheeseburgers and 2 protein shakes (with water not milk) and a subway. weigh 100.1kg 2 days ago but was heavier before, weight dropping fast as. won $280 casino othwer day too. spent on drinks already though.

no idea how ill pass uni. lol
