i just took it so i could handle my boring lectures mostly. was taking way too much at the end. 5 packs a day. felt like clen..the heart rate..had to rest ages between heavy sets. was sht.

was thinking of getting it again for when i cut for summer, but i probably wont. kind of keen to look into the DNP/ephidrine thing after reading diabolic's posts on it.

Dnp 500mcg/day and youll be set.

seriously cant remember the last time i trained back without wraps.. i dont need them for grip if im doing straight sets but they help me feel my lats working better and they also help with the forearm cramps when doing drop sets lol.

i know what u mean about the sleeves lol but gota do what u gota do.
