Don't mean to cut you down here but if the top rowers in NZ bothered with a 100m erg sprint the record would be a lot lower than 14.1. You are currently holding your splits a bit higher than 1.10/500m over 100m and Rob Waddell holds his splits around 1.29/500m over 5000m which is sick. Try holding your splits at 1.29 for 500m and then imagine going 10 times as far :shock:

The guy in this vid has a 2k slower than a 17 year old that was in my crew and he holds the 100m WR of 13.9 lol

You are tall and your training is limited to erg work and weights which is ideal if you are just training for the 100m but you may find it harder than you think cutting 7 splits off your time. Good luck.

I know if the cream were doing it, it would be much faster.

but nz record for 19 - 26 y.o is 15.1sec which im already much faster then.

i did two 14.6 in a row the other night. With that vid I may be trying a new tatic.

13.9 I can beat that!

Note: squats were HARD! legs really feeling it, I will up the eating to make up for it. Militarys were not easy but definately not as taxing. I need to spend more time in the workouts so I can get all the assitance work in.
