Hi People,such an awesome site to have stumbled across!

Im not getting up on stage anytime soon but still have personal goals im wanting to acheive both visually and physically so these forums are looking great.

Stats are 30 years old

Height 6.0

Weight 93kg

Arms 16.5

Chest 44 inch

Waist 37

Leg 24

86kg. My weight has see-sawed up and down this last year (nearly 15kg!) in directly inverse proportion to my workload. :roll: Hopefully things are a bit more settled now, so I'm looking forward to getting back up above 90kg again. *sigh*

It's quite possible you saw me there - I can't remember what time I was training. How did you know it was me though? I don't think I was wearing my NZBB shirt!

Im 93 kgs now and think ive set my goals to high as 100kg seems dam outta reach.

HOW DO I GET TO 100kg AND HAVE 18 INCH GUNNS?????????

bro all you got to do is eat sounds easy but most people dont, try writing down what you eat then add it up if your not gaining add more food untill you do. i started out at 92kg then did this now im 105kgs, i want to get to about 110.

yeah bro im slowly geting there im 6ft3 so 105kgs isnt that big but have really made good gains in the last 6 months. finding it not that hard to put on size at the moment.110kgs is my aim now but that mite change when i get there i'll just see how my body feels.

yeah, but what is your waist / chest measure? if u just have a massive gut thats not too im pressive :)

Hey 63,cheers for the advice dude.Im going to to exactly that,record what im eating each day and if weight isnt going up each week i will up my eating!

I sat at around 85-87kg for years (at 6"1) - I'm now sitting on 101kg.

My secret was my meal plan:

1. breakfast (w/protein shake)

2. anther breakfast when I got to work

3. meal: 2 bits of toasted wholegrain pita breads with peanut butter & marmite & a tin of salmon.

4. Lunch

5. meal: 2 bits of toasted wholegrain pita breads with peanut butter & marmite & a tin of salmon.

6. dinner

7. post bedtime protein shake

I also had my PWO shake somewhere amongst that lot.

I bulked up really nicely but got pretty damn tired of pita breads & tinned salmon day in & day out :?

I work from home now so I can put a bit more effort into my meals :nod:

Hey cammo, cheers man for sharing some trade secrets! much appreciated.

Its awesome to hear info on others turning there struggle or sticking points to success.

My long term dream goal is to weigh 100kg and have 18 inch guns!!!

What do you think of my current eating plan?

Breakfast: Cereal and a protein shake

Morning Tea: Cup of Rice and a tin of tuna, banana

Lunch: Cup of rice and a pot of cottage cheese, banana

After work out: Hand full of nuts and raisins, Double protein shake

Dinner: Serving of meat with either rice or potatoes and veges

Will this get me to 100 kilos>?

I just seem to be stuck around 94kg but would love to hit 100kg and then try and cut up a bit.

Could you recommend a good supplement stack that could possibly help me at all?im thinking of getting some cell-tech?can i stack anything with it to help me further?

sorry but dont be fooled i dont know a hell of alot.

anything advice i give is just what i would do for myself for whatever reason it might be. its not the proven way or not always. just my opinions and what i do.

yeah im sitting on 91kg now. it will take me a while to get to 100kg seeing as i want 9kg without an more fat and want to lose fat. its easy to get to 100kg (and be fat) and i could do it no problem in a very short time, but i want to stay at least as lean as i am now definetly no fatter!

and for the supplements id just use some tribulis maybe tribex or profight is good and a protein powder or theres always the other road.....
