I enjoy taking the piss, but not specific to NZA, everyones fair game & what they do has some real positives.....it's the show pony bit that gets me! :nod:

Fat Powerlifters, Shit for Form Strongmen, Weak as Piss Bodybuilder, Mentally challenged Crossfitters, Zumba-phants, NZ Twigthetics..... its all in good fun.

The point where we separate is mindset..... They are happy to be at that weight, I am not. I am striving to increase my size well beyond what they would consider aesthetic. The beach body is fairly easily achievable but continuing to build your body over the course of your life is a much bigger committment. It would be interesting to see how these guys are going in another 10 years. I appreciate the question Nate.

Lol this post is so far off point its not even funny. I can name 20 guys that post on NZA and enjoy the culture that are twice your size and DESPERATE to get bigger.

don't try and act like you're somehow superior because you have a different goal. You're not. not hating, just saying.

Aesthetics is fuckin awesome and instead of hating on the kids in my gym that are getting into it i help them train/diet instead of shtting all over em.

agree that some have pretty good physiques, just seems like a lot a phaggotry associated with NZA. eg that vid and so many having their own 'fitness page' on facebook (not targeted at nzhredder btw).

plenty of money to be made by some though im sure...

Yeah from a serious stand point, some of them actually have decent physiques and it could take them quite far (if they actually know how they obtained that physique) But from the majority, all they do is arm poses and have seriously under developed legs and lats.

Some are more than above average. Others, just above average. Some of them, not even average. You can appreciate (sort of) that they're willing to change and improve their physique, however, being a complete fucking douche-bag is not the way to go, and that's where the problem is.
