Obviously it was an example, it is alot for a woman. Was easy to figure out the math thats why i used that haha but 6kg of mass in 12months whats so fare out about that??

see their is a perfect example of to different approaches, what works for me doesnt work for Peter. I couldnt measure gains by looking in the mirror because if you look at yourself everyday its to hard to tell if your are improving because its so gradual and you have seen the same thing everyday. Play round and see what works best for you.

it was just a number out of thin air but she wants to hide veins so she will have to increase he bf% from 11% (i think that was what she said) to 16-18% which is still pretty lean for a woman and should hide veins more not saying that 6kg is what she wants to hit to get up to that tho. would have to do the math and its late... IMO

Welcome, and keep the updates coming in every so often. Encouraging your muscle to compensate for progressive overload will cause it to increase, in conjunction with good nutrition. Sleep is another piece to the puzzle, so avoid late nighters (which may be tricky as a student). Good luck.

Thanks for the welcome everyone, Dunedin is where its at.

Update: have put on some muscle (wahoo), but I am fairly sure my body fat % has gone up quite a bit (by the sudden presence of breasticles lol) tooooo many cheat meals and way too many easter eggs. Still vascular, but hoping to slow down fat gain. Will put up some progress pics soon.
