Been lifting for approximatly a year, really only just starting to get into the serious/semi serious aspects of building the body.

Learning all about nutrition and really getting ready to move my training to the next level.(stopping drinking, developing lacking areas, sorting out diet)

hah legs are a weak point for me, look slightly out of proportion tbh=/. chuck some pictures up man! Hide your belly like me so i know what im up agaisnt :twisted: Would be good to get a little friendly competetion!

I'm 176 cm and currently 74.5 kg. Will watch your progress. Only going to start first cut at 85 kg though I think. Then bulk up more next winter.

Yeah bro read most of your posts and journal :shifty: , I have another 3odd weeks of bulking where im going to eatsome good food and alot of it(currently have a bet going on with a friend to see who can put on the most weight in 8 weeks) and would like to be sitting around 85kgs before i begin this cut.

Keep it up bro, ill continue to keep tabs!
