Hey all,

Here are some pics of me Sept 2011, 3wks out from Wellington NZIFBB champs. Weight was around 84kg here.

I was in the under 80kg novice class.

Currently in middle of off-season,sitting around 99kg planning to grow to 104kgish before cutting for the Wellington 2012 NABBA and IFBB shows then on to NABBA nats.

Will be up in under 90kg class this year. Been working on bringing up some areas and just getting bigger overall.

Ill follow up with some off-season pics sometime soon.

Thanks for any feedback

Hey bro,

Yes thanks for noticing, I was harder in these pics. Things didn't go quite to plan in the last week and weight got stuck at 83kg day of weigh in so had to take drastic measures to get down under 80kg.

Resulting in my fluid balance off, giving me a bit of smoothing the next day.

Good lessons learned for this year

Will get some offseason pics up soon

Thanks mate, was all good fun. Wasn't feeling the deads on the day so held back a little.

real thick up the top of your thighs ... prefer leg press over squating? nicely balanced with your upper body though.

Thanks Optimass

It must just be how my legs are shaped. I do much more work with squats and lunges than I do with leg press.

Had been holding back on legs for most of last year so upper body could catch up. Back to hitting them hard this year.
