Thought I'd fill you in as to where I am coming in to Saturday.

I feel like I'm in good enough condition to win the Open U70 mens if I can make weight. I'm currently 73kg flat, up from 72kg flat yesterday. I think it is mainly from food intake and not having a decent shit since Monday morning in spite of upping my vege intake, I'm currently using Phloe and caffeine, hoping they do the trick. In a effort to drop the extra water, I'll be using MHP xpel up until the point that I drop my water (around 10am tomorrow morning). I have also started carb loading today to try soak up some water in to the muscles as the subcutaneous water drops out. Worst case scenario is tomorrow, when I do my own personal weigh in around 1 o'clock, if I'm still around 72kg then I'll just carb load hard and compete U80 novice. This is not what I planned on in the beginning but this prep has had swings and round abouts, I've been lax at time when paying attention to diet plus a few other issues that have popped up but at the end of it all, I'll end up where I end up, I'll adorn the blue trunks and hetro fake tan and have some fun

You'll make u70s.. hmmm I wonder if I can do novice heavyweights?

So the pics are all up in different places and after looking at them I've been critiquing where I'm at and where I need to improve to be competitive next year. My perceived weaknesses are hams, upper chest, arms and calves. If anyone else has a different take on things then please say so
