Bodyweight 91.9kg

Squats suit / cent size 42

Opener 225kg pass

Second 240kg missed

Third 247.5kg missed

Bench shirt F6 size 46

Opener 155kg pass

Second 165kg pass

Third 170kg pass

Deadlift cent back to front

Opener 230kg pass

Second 242.5kg pass

Third 252.5kg pass PR

Summary

Squats: well new log title tells the story to be fair, warm ups were good fast, set ups were good normal two steps, platform well buggar me, all set ups s*#t three to four steps maybe even five - first attempt ok, second attempt felt light and took a step back at the top of the lift so red lights and third attempt well got taught a lesson and got pinned went below where I would normally go for sonme reason and found a weak spot nailed.

So a bad start my mate 25kg up leading into the bench and I thought s*#t gonna need to dip deep from here on in as its was going to be close with me missing no lifts.

Bench:

warm ups good, set ups good every thing went to plan here,I needed to make up some ground so I increase all lifts and manage to close the gap from 25kg to 7.5kg leading into the deads.

Deadlifts

warm ups good, set ups good, same again everything went well and to plan here and manage a PR on last attempt and manage a win by 10kg

so overall had a good battle with my mate Rik, dissappointed in myself with my squats not sure what happen to be fair besides the black and white facts, so will go back to the drawing board and work on raw strength this year as planned and will attempt gear again next year, in either 105's or 120's
