Have Aussie Grand prix on dvd thats about it not NZ grand prix or other shows. I would say yes most of them are doing damage to themselves to get that big things have changed a bit over the last few years with all the hgh and igf and other peptides which in my opinion prob don't do as much damage as huge amounts of gear :)

at the very peak of your use would you be comfortable to reveal the type of doses you were using mate?

Since I posted this at promuscle thought I would copy and paste over here this is my rough diet :)

Will try my best ummmmmmmm will do it the easy way :)

1 meal porridge, banana, yogurt

8 shakes 40grams protein including the 2 I get up and have during the night

5 meals 30grams tuna and 10 grams rice

2 meals chicken or red meat and vegetables potato's

snacks apples, peaches, grapes throughout day in between meals

packet lollies during workout

There are prob a couple 1-2 more shakes in there and random snacks.

The basic concept for my diet is high protein low complex carbs high simple carbs :)

That was a pretty good show, you were large as hell. I was training with Mike Kypreos back then.

Funny when you talk about dosing, in those good old vet days that was a lot oil... (you almost had to work that shit into your diet ha ha ha ha ha ha ha) What's interesting to note is that while you got massive and a few others too... (only a handful) most of the guys didn't do anything on that much gear.

Harry that was using UG human stuff didn't get anywhere near that on the vet stuff as so low dosed. I did stuff up on that show to much t3 lost heap size and then couldn't carb up enough but you have those mistake shows sometimes and learn for the next one :)

Yeah but I did know guys taking 30ml of prop and cyp back then on the vet bladders..

YOu were big and hard at the melb show, but yeah it's a fine line.

Mike Kypreos was on less that 2grams a week and some clen. Bit of a freak though that guy.

anabolics wise was using up to 3 grams week but actually found that using less gave me better gains in the end :)

Did you find your appetite went to shit BK at a certain grammage?

My pivot point was about 1.8gms

Yep appetite got all stuffed up and just felt like crap so I cut back feel better and got better gains :)

Interesting point - why do you think that is? If your hung up on overal weight gain then you caould say more is better - but have often heard from experienced guys that they experienced more consistant growth at lower doses ...

I have used hgh for 4 courses in my life mainly because back in the day it was extremely hard to get then I went to prison for a few years. Back then could only do what could afford so 4iu day as was extremely expensive. Not 100% sure why that is with the test but to much you just start feeling horrible :)

what sort of doses are you running these days mate? and do you use peptides?

Awesome thanks for being up front

Did this make you the best gains ie your mass or would you put that down to overall doses of test over a long period ???
