Hey Ismall,

Thanks For the offer, but Mum got me some EAS from the supermarket, and I compared it with my old protien, and I lyk my other one better, so swapped for a new tub of my usual. Thankyou very much for the offer though..and keep at it!

Good stuff. Those full-body shots really give us a much better picture of where you're at. Everything is looking nice and proportional - maybe lats and chest need a bit more attention, but nothing is lagging behind too severely.

Just keep training hard, and work on that diet! :)

. If you are concerned about muscle wasting have a teaspoon of glutamine before your workout, not a protein shake.

y not a low carb protein shake?

Sorry about this thread jack, but Im wondering the same thing to?

I thought BCAAs or a protein shake would be essential before cardio to prevent muscle breakdown???

Heh... nice tuna tower. :D

Splitting the can in half is probably a good idea. It will mean you're eating more often, which will help boost your metabolism (the rate you burn calories). My one concern is that by splitting it in half, you don't get so much protein, but half a can is probably still enough for you at this stage. To boost the protein up a little bit more though, add a couple of slices of Edam cheese. That'll also give a source of fats which would otherwise be a bit low.

Try this:

Mix the tuna with some tomato-based pasta sauce. Add chilli or seasoning if desired. Cover with sliced cheese, and microwave until cheese melts. Very nice! You can also mix your rice into this, too.
