Been have 4 - 5 pakets of raro aday I feel full off sugar and its easy to get down

dnt u care about your teeth and pancreas etc... Just size of your unaesthetic body?

I'm not hating. You do have good genetics, much better than mine. I don't think your physique and shape is very attractive (no homo). But your are only 18 or 19 so this will more than likley get better once you fully develop.

Again not hating... But multiple packets of raro for your carb sources lol. Go see someone who knows what they are doing and who are a product of what they preech, follow their advice religiously till you surpass them then find somebody else, that's how you will become what you want to become.

After a hard training session when you're really glycogen depleted it's okay to do what you're doing. Basically after training you can eat anything and everything you want. A whole box of cookies? Sure. You need to replenish then.

I'd suggest you switch to Glucose (you can get it at Pak 'N' Save), rather than Raro. Raro contains Sucrose as the carbohydrate - this needs to be split up into Glucose before it can be utilised as energy by the body.

Glucose is raw energy. Try and aim for 0.5 - 1g per kg of bodyweight post workout. Don't go overboard - the extra will just get stored as fat.

3 or 5 packets of raro is overboard. It's also important to realize that vitamins and minerals are needed for optimal performance. You don't get these from cordial mixtures and mass gain powders. Often overlooked.

Your also right vader when you say lots of things in bodybuilding are bad for you, but they don't have to be. Bodybuilders are known to be excessive, addictive and quite often suffer from tunnel vision of just wanting to get bigger or leaner. Just because a few things you may have to do are unhealthy doesn't mean you should disregard health completly.

But up to you mate, doing well so far.
