In all my dealings it is the young ones have the most disposible income. Live at home, no dependants or mortgage. When I was 18 I had $500 a week to blow.

No offence Vader, but to me it looks like you want to get big and you want it quick. But seriously the amount of mass gainer your taking will surely mess with your digestive system in the future. I know this cause as a former pro athlete i lived on mass gainers and whey protein religiously and ate very little food, and im now digestively not as healthy as i want to be. But getting better.

Just food for thought. Besides theres an old saying. "Good things come to those who wait" so pe patient with your growth. you have whole lot of life ahead of ya.

Same here, I used to be able to wolf that stuff down... now I just get intense gas and indigestion. Now I've moved on to abusing eggs, seems to be going well.. eat 20 of the suckers in a good day. :D

I am pateint bro iv been training since i was 14-15

if i wasnt pateint I hit up tren slin and hgh which i could do :pfft:

so its sunday now feeling good gained 5 kgs this week and dont look much softer just ALOT fuller

strengths great legs today was repping 200 kgs on the sqauts no belt

meals have been random as hell but ALOT more carbs

You lied. Your legs obviously aren't shit!

I weighed in today nearly 3 kgs heavier arms half an inch bigger

heres todays meals

meal 1 : 8 scoops mass gainer 1 cup oats 6 peices of bread coverd in jam

meal 2 : 300 grams steak 6 peices of bread lots of sweet sour sauce

during workout powerade

post workout

8 scoops mass gainer 1 1/2 cups oats

meal 6 : 2 pita breads some patatoes 300 grams of steak

meal 7 will be a 60 gram protein shake

Powerade is counted as a meal :shock:

Am not a fan of these weight-gain powder meals but if it's working for you. Would reckon meat and potato wud b cheaper gram for gram but less convenient cos teens don't cook much do they?

It's like a Nick Smith diet for bodybuilding, Nick the shake-master

imo cals are cals man. im all over the place somtimes every meal is meat

weighed in this morning 6 kgs heavier since i started the bulk I think im going to have to up my goal lets make it 120 :pfft:

Got chest today need to change it up because wateva im doing is not working my delts come into it to much. Going to focus on form and feeling the muscle.

Focus on the negatives, also hold the contractions a while, especially on the pec deck. Keep your shoulders back and scapula retracted too... that'll take your delts/arms out of the equation some more.

Legs today squat is up to 220 for reps I feel awsome training 2 times a day somtimes

weighing about the same but look dryer

eating loads cbf counting cals just going nuts as i will probly do a quick cut at the end of this bulk to see what i look like

Dude with the genetics you have your going to be a world champion. by the time you cut if you keep reasonable lean over your bulk you will be 110kgs? Nobody will be able to touch you. :clap:
