Decided to make a journal

Next 16 weeks I plan to hit a lean 115 weighing 106 kgs atm will be writing all my meals down I need to sort my shit out havnt been eating enough. Its time to aquire FREAK STATUS..

Joined a new gym a fresh start bought some mutant mass lol here we go :pfft:

meal :1 8 scoops of mass gainer 1 cup of oats 300 grams potatoe uncooked

meal: 2 8 scoops mass gainer 1 1/2 cups of rice couple of patatoes

during workout : powerade

post workout : 8 scoops mass gainer

meal 5: 8 burger patties 2 cups rice peice of bread

meal 6 : 300 grams of steak 1 1/2 cups rice some patatoes

last 2 meals tonight will be a shake/ patatoes

wow thats a shit load of mass gainer, 24 scoops in 3 meals,you would need a spoon to drink those.

meal 6 looks interesting, 300 grams of steal?

you could try teaspoons of cement too,jokes... :pfft:

iv already gained 1/2 inch on my arms and 2 kgs in last 2 days

2kgs in the last 2 days? sounds like you're pregnant! congratulations!!! :pfft:

definitely not muscle... can't grow that much that quick. my weight fluctuates like that sometimes as well, especially if I'm carbing up after being depleted or hop on a cycle and respond well. you gain that quick you can loose that quick so it's either water or glycogen in your muscles or food in your digestive system.

Seriously though, will be following this journal. RE: those eats, not the most conventional way, but hey, if it's working for you then keep it up, at least your getting the calories you need, which is half the battle.

meal 2 : 300 grams steak 6 peices of bread lots of sweet sour sauce

during workout powerade

post workout

8 scoops mass gainer 1 1/2 cups oats

meal 6 : 2 pita breads some patatoes 300 grams of steak

meal 7 will be a 60 gram protein shake

Am not a fan of these weight-gain powder meals but if it's working for you. Would reckon meat and potato wud b cheaper gram for gram but less convenient cos teens don't cook much do they?
