Whats your weight these days TLG?

Hoping to see some big numbers at raw nats from you mate

Thanks Hayden, at this stage I may not even compete. On Saturday afternoon my stomach got really sore and couldn't eat anything since then. Diarrhea and vomiting, probably the worst I've ever been.

I've spent about 4 hours out of bed in the last 48 hours, now my back is killing me. It feels just as bad as after the North Island Champs. I just weighed at 69.8kgs and before I got sick I was 73.5kgs.

I'm just afraid to go heavy now in case I get a sore back the next day so I may train light and keep the weights under 100kgs until I'm 100% positive that my back has recovered.

And you were giving me shit about being weak, seriously ??

Yeah haha, last night I did squats and did three reps of 120kg, then failed on 140kg lololololol. Going backwards lmao

BTW, thanks for being so butthurt about my lighthearted jibe that you post in my log about it. Would you like an anal plug with that?

I thought Asians were supposed to be smart... do you not see the irony of making that comment after you did the very same thing by posting in my log?

Oh dammit, now I remember why I said that in your log in the first place.

Hey,

bl with ur sickness

why do u do incline bench with no flat benching atm?

Ive never done incline benching regularly before only flat bench and with an arch so it would be a slight decline. I just want to change it up a bit as my chest has always been a weak point. I read before that incline activates the most mucle fibres compared to decline and flat. Besides from that, I know several guys with good chests that start their training off wit incline or dont do flat at all.

^^ did incline exclusively for first year of training 18 years ago. I think this is why I have found it reasonably easy to maintain strength over the years.

It activates the same amount of fibres as a flat bench for your pec but there is more stress being put on shoulders and triceps so very good for developing relative/functional strength. You still need to balance it with b/b flat if to build and maintain explosive power during 1-2rm attempts.

good consistant training tom - welldone.

Still on pussy weights but I have decided not to be a macho man anymore and focus on form and mind muscle connection instead of just trying to lift the most weight. Especially with things like stiff legged deadlifts, I find it easy to let the lower back take over but if I keep the weight low and focus on the hamstrings, they get a real good workout. I suck at pullups so bad, it's because of my stick arms that have to haul up my big ass and quads.

Weight seems to be gaining slowly. After getting sick a few weeks ago, I have been diligent in my eating habits which is slowly paying off. Last night I was 75.2kg after dinner, first time I have broken through the 75kg mark so pretty happy about that. This afternoon I didnt' eat as much so after dinner tonight only weighed 74.3kgs :(

I know I should really weigh myself in the morning but it's depressing to see myself weighing in at 72 or 73, so I like to weigh myself when I weigh the most. The only weigh to weigh is to weigh when I weigh the most weight.

Today Wednesday, went swimming at the pool. I think I did 400m freestyle and 100m breaststroke. Took about 20-30 minutes. I felt very :shifty: :shifty:

Oh, and I'm cycling now....

to work and back errday
