Trained at Scottys gym today, Kudos in Hamilton. He gave me a few tips and today it was easy as. With 185, coming down was the hard part. I just let the weight push me down and the pressure in my head was more intense than anything I've felt before. Then I drove back up when Scott indicated I had hit depth and it was effortless.

Why don't you give smolov jr bench a try?

I may after WBOP champs. Im currently doing OH press monday, heavy bench Wednesday, chest and triceps on Friday so thats a lot more upper body volume than im used to. We'll see how that goes and decide my next program based on my results at WBOP

Awesome pump today I was going crazy listening to Skrillex. Was pumping out some insane dance moves in between sets, nearly snapped my neck lmao.

Form was pretty shit on lateral raises and front raises but traps and delts were burning like hell. Felt slimy as f*ck today cos I woke up at 5minutes before 4am and was supposed to start at 4am so skipped my daily shower.

Back still hasn't quite recovered due to inadequate sleep and labour intensive work but I'm gonna try a 200kg squat on Friday regardless. Suited up.

4x 20KG PLATES ARRIVED TODAY, NOW I HAVE 257.5KG IN MY HOME GYM NOT SOME PUSSY ASS 175KGS. LIGHTWEIGHT BABY!!!

Been pretty slack this week, did a light chest workout on Monday and skipped Wednesday cos I worked 13 hours and had to start again at 4am and ended up doing another 13 and a half hour day. Yesterday I did deadlifts and couldn't get 180 off the floor and barely did one with 160. Frustrating!

Today I got some sleep and went in for some bench. Reps with 80kg felt good so I decided to load the bar up to 90kgs nada nada boom! 3 reps easy. Never even done 2 before so that was a surprise. Then I went for 95kgs touch and go. No problemo homo. So pretty happy with the bench increase, the increased volume has worked. \:D/

Saw my payslip for last week's work. Just under a grand before tax woohoo. Got a payrise as well last week.

On the flip side, all I've been lifting is boxes of frozen shit. Today was ok, I was at work for 12 hours but only did about 4 hours honkey work, had my assistant do all the labour and I slept upstairs in the office (not srs). Was doing important business..... stuff.

Tomorrow I will do some light deadlifts then hopefully rest up until Saturday.
