Weights are looking consistent and strong.

Hows the rest coming along.. and what are your food portions like.. i.e. are you increasing amount of food every other week as well as your poor tummy adjusts to it or ?

things have greatly improved but there's still some big issues to work on such as keep bumping the food up and i sleep for too long :grin:

tues 10th oct LEGS

squats up to 3 sets of 140kg x 8

BB lunges at 90kg

leg press calf raises

had a huge lower back pump, couldn't walk from one end of the gym to the other without sitting down, made it hard to workout, but my weight was up :D

wed 11th oct ARMS

weight: 96.5kg

thus 12th oct OFF

Not sure if you've mentioned it anywhere else on the forum - but do you compete? BB or powerlifting/olympic lifting? Or is the bulking just for aesthetic purposes? Health?

25kg/side x 5 then 5 more w/spotter (new personal best)

25kg/side x same as above

4 sets rope pushdowns

DB curls with the 25kg's x ~10 reps 3 sets

some light BB curls, high reps

weight (empty stomach): 97.9kg

good gains all round ^_^
