It's been a while since I've worked out very hard or eaten well... about a year :grin:

It's time to get back into it

thu 28 september

SHOULDERS

warmup

standing BB press

90lbs x 12

90lbs x 12

110lbs x 10

135lbs x 9

135lbs x 5-6? then a big dropset

cable side lateral raises

40lbs/hand x 3-4 sets

machine lateral raises

2 sets

assortment of shrugs

3 sets of overhead DB tricep extensions @ 110lbs

4 eggs (3 yolks), whole lotta ground oats

30kg/side x 4 sets with superset lat pull downs @ 54kg

wide grip pullups

2-3 sets not that many reps :grin:

seated rows

72kg x 3 (or was it 2?) sets of ~10-12 reps

DB curls

12kg /hand x 10

17kg/hand x 2 sets of ~8

EDIT: 91.6kg with shoes on

cable xovers

36kg/hand x 2 sets unknown reps

DB flyes

20kg/hand x 2 sets

one last set of chest press machine and went home

wed 4 rocktober

SHOULDERS/TRICEPS/BICEPS

did about 6 sets of 50kg (higher reps) standing BB press and supersetting 65kg shoulder press

machine side lateral raises x 3/4 stack

3 sets

tricep pushdowns

3 sets x high reps

bb skullcrushers

3 sets

4 sets standing bicep curls up to 20kg/hand

i have no idea how many reps i did for anything today as i didn't count.

(worst workout post in the entire history of mankind)

the 1300 meal of 4 eggs and Oats.. thats great but.. how do you make that palatable??

and the 1700 Tuna and potatos meal too.. again all good stuff but how do you prepare it?

please dont tell me you mash the potatos in with the tuna and down it just like that!? :)

the potatoes were those frozen chips that you put in the oven from the supermarket, so they're always easy to eat. the tuna was straight out of the can though.

usually i have egg powder in juice and water with ground oats but on this rare occasion i made scrambled eggs. the oats went in a coffee grinder, added some cold water, and drank.

10 out of 10 for imaginative food preperation there Sponge, Im gonna give that a try, and that reminds me... must buy coffee grinder...

50kg/hand x 7 (last couple with spotter)

incline BB press

70kg x 10-12?

90kg x 7-8?

90kg x 5 then a couple more with spotter

50kg x ~15

3 sets cable crossovers at 30kg/hand x higher reps

3 sets chest flye machine

3 sets tricep cable pushdowns

felt good to get the 50's back up

weight: 94.9kg
