what was your diet like prior to this one you are now on? seems very low in cals, I eat at least double that with no fat burners etc and im about 8-10% bf max!!

Around the same! Only thing i've cut out is drinking Friday/Saturday(plus all the shit food that comes with it) and all the chocolate bars lol.

Think it would be alright to add in a cup of oats in the morning?

it depends? would you say you have a fast or average metabolism etc? how much cardio do you do? also do you feel hungry in the morning?

Average/Shit metabolism lol

Cardio is roughly 40mins of light fasted cardio 6 times a week while cutting + 2 games of touch a week..

When maintaining no cardio apart from the 2 games of touch a week.

Yes & No some days im hungry others I aint!?
