We seem to get a fair few posed pictures after cuts (or less so bulks) but many members don't get on stage or diet down etc.

Some of us are bigger, some are stronger, some are fitter, some are more aesthetic! :grin: But what most of us share in common is the love of training - some of us a few days a week, others upwards of 20hrs / week :shock:

So its about time we had a thread of pics from training - inspirational ones, funny ones, spontaeous cellphone pix etc.

Lets see what you can come up with - I'll try & lean on Pseudo & the Mods for a prize for the best photo! :grin:
