Some cyclists legs are pretty awesome, Track cyclists more than road usually.. Check this guy out.. his are ripped to shreads

One of my favourites was regarding those "Power Bands" that athletes and people have worn on their wrists.....

A personal trainer, with his client balancing across a fitball - [ because, PT's seem to think this is highly functional ], said:-

" Yeah, you should get a power band. They really help adjust the magnetic fields in your body to help you balance better. They also increase your strength and flexibility ".

Needless to say, I wanted to kick him in the face. Luckily for this PT, I am not a violent person.

f*ck this Indian guy at work pisses me off. He's a good guy but he's a fucking idiot!

He wants to get 'the cuts', he says so he's been googling and read that if you don't want to build muscle, you should do high reps and low weight. So I asked him what weight he was thinking, he said he was gonna buy 3kg dumbbells! This guy is 65kgs at 5'8" with a little beer paunch.

So that was a while ago and I asked him how it was going, he replies that the 3kg DBs are too light, he doesn't feel anything after 20 reps. I asked him what exercises he was doing and he says flyes only. WTF! He does one set of flyes with 3kg dumbbells and expects to get ripped! He doesn't even go hard at work, then complains to me about how physical and hard this job is which is why he's too tired to work out.

not so much overheard but a guy loads up 200kgs on the smiths machine every friday and proceeds to close his eyes and bounce up and down in a 1 inch squat wtf training his bosy to handle more weight...sure

and the 50kg indians TRIPLE spotting skullcrushers pure comedy wish i had a camera at the time

saw a dude i know in the gym the other day and he started talking to me about nutrition since he wanted to gain muscle mass...

him: "is it okay if i eat a pizza a day?"

to give you some context

- i didn't even bother starting with micros / protein content because

- i mentioned health and he said "who cares about health" - this guy is a health science student

- i mentioned diabetes and he told me his mum was a type two diabetic so he knows the consequences
