I'm looking to do a figure show, possibly nabba novice or nabba/wff wff open

Not sure when, whenever I feel ready depends on of I work stuff out, trying to get lean and failing!

Diet has been all over the place. Eat mainly white fish, eggs, oats, veggies, briwn rice, cottage cheese. before last month was doing a clean bulk at 200c/150p/lowF for a few month put on a fair mount of mass, the for the last month tried carb cycling averaging 110c/150p/50f with 4 hour refeed once a week. But it sucked cos I have IBS and I couldn't stick to it however hard I tried.

So on 120c/150p/50f trying to keep carbs around workout. Am cardio working up to doing 30+ mins and cardio after lifting, couple of sprint sessions a week aswell.

Thinking I need to just be consistent also thinking about removing my implant (Birth control) as I think progesterone is ruining my life I.e making me hold loads of fat.

Need Hammy and Calf badly!!!

Ok so its pretty hard to tell from one photo but you seem to have good shape around the upper quad and glute region. Waist is tiny but i do think a bit of hammy and calf work is needed but really we need to see side on hammy pic in shorts. Do you train hams after quads or seperate day? Lookin good though :clap:

Yeah it was getting a bit off track, guess guys don't know enough about female figure structure to give good advice to you on symmetry etc so looks is our usual criteria in those classes :) that's life.

If you haven't already you might wanna catch-up with Teneka or Leslie from Les Mills up here in Auckland. They've competed locally and internationally in physique and figure from memory and would have good amount of knowledge re: female hormones as well as symmetry and what the judges are currently looking for.
