I don't know exactly what bodyfat I am but in April/May I was tested with Biosignature which does a pretty accurate bf% as they use 12 sites I think? And I was tested several times on different days. At that point I was 23% after I'd lost 10lbs after switching to paleo diet as I lost muscle aswell. I'm kinda guestimating what I am now compared to then as well after adding muscle, cutting a lot and then bulking up again and having done a few rough accumeasure bf tests throughout that time. I could be anywhere between 18 - 22% I think as I have a few high fat areas I.e my tri's are 30mm! but my scapula is about 6mm.... very odd but to do with hormones I'm told.

  • 2 months later...

You should stand side on more often that's an impressive midsection. First pic looks pretty wide in the hips 2nd pic looks like a different person IMO.

Side note: is it just me or does Facebook pic look like a 40yr old b4 a night out on the town, this pic looks like a teenager...?

I have shit calves, but have started taking them a lot more seriously lately as my mate has suggested we train them 3x a week.

They have improved a bit, but still a long way to go! Seated calf raises, working up 2 a heavy weight full ROM and drop sets emphasizing full stretch and squeeze! If you have a hack squat machine at your gym which allows for you to do calf raises on them, then go nuts! Heavy weight high reps!

you are looking good, keep up the good work... diet, exercise and consistency and you will get there...

Thank you! At last a respectful and constructive post! Yes consistency I have been told, probably what I'm falling down on as I change my diet like every week /fail

Rubbish replies have been deleted. Not impressed, guys. :naughty:

Dinah, given the response you had from the boys, I think it's safe to say you're looking good! :D

I don't think your calves and hammies are lagging too badly at all. Perhaps you could bring them up a bit more, but by and large your physique is well-proportioned and balanced.

What are your goals? Are you trying to get leaner? You may find the fat on your arms is particularly stubborn, but you'll look great with a little more definition there.

Post up your diet. And stop changing it every week! :pfft:
