Didnt end up training last night was pretty knackered so just did some cardio instead

This morning i did quads + calves

First time training legs since Dec 14th (see last workout above) so wanted to see where strength was and took some vids to see form.

BB squats

60x12

100x8

120x8

140x8 (added belt)

140x8 (belt)

140x10 (added wraps / vid)

160x10 (wraps / vid)

Leg ext

Notes: Squats felt alright. wasnt expecting anything huge, first time using knee wraps in over a year so squat numbers should go up a bit over next few weeks.

Going to train hammies + biceps later tonight.

Weights sittin around 87kg in morning

tbh i dont think ill live that long, nor do i want to. rather live fast die young (ish) than live to an old age where my last 20 years revolve around sitting in a chair, answering the phone when its not ringing and walking down to the mailbox 10 times a day to see if anyone has sent me a letter

can anyone recommend a good strength program ? for the 3 big lifts.

no real strength progress man. too tired to come on and post workouts atm. but then havent been training for strength. yea actual natty bought some creatine and protein last week for first time an ages. gonna get strength/size back up to where im happy and then will think about doing a cycle.

In other news i was doing chest the other night and went to grab a 20kg plate off the squat rack but didnt see the 2.5 in front of it (half asleep) which landed on a angle between my toe and my shin..... f*ck it was painful, still cant move my toe :?

Fark awesome Back mate, was just reading your Squat weights and caught the pic.

From the front I would not have guessed you had a Back like that must be how you are just standing relaxed. But turn around and your lats are well formed from lower to top. Your erectors and lower traps look mean too. :clap:

Time to start training Arms next :wink:
