Alcohol and cycles

Aim to have zero, If you must at some big occasion then have a beer or a glass of wine is not going to do any harm, however I certainly would not be getting drunk.

I think to a degree it is personal choice, however if you are seriouse enough about your training to take steroids then simple abstention should not be hard.

wats wrong with going to a wedding and not drinking?

just depends how serious u r about it.

it may not alter yr results but best not to start habits like tht IMO

other once its one drink then next time its a couple more etc.

just our opinions as we dont know how serious or how disicplined u are

Receipe to kill your liver:

1 Morning - 40 mg dbol sprinkles with your musuli.

2 Afternoon - high protien bar with chewy centre with dbol crackles

3 night - light training session followed to a bud

4-cool down session followed by 4-5 beers to unwind after a long hard day

and exhausting training session.

Rules:

oral steriods and alcohol don't mix.

training and alcohold dont' mix

good results with gear = lots of training, good nutrition, no alcohol etc etc

you get my logic....

i myself would prefer a lil mary jane any day, what could be better ?

after a hardout session at the gym go home for a lil puff puff give and take advantage of the munchie effect :rockout:

:pfft: good to see another "smoker" on here, yea the munchie effect certainly helps with bulking, but read somewhere excessive smoking can give you gyno :shock:

yip, it may raise estrogen levels and may make getting motivated harder, i havnt read info to prove this, as i dnt needa know lol but its just got to me through word of mouth

does someone have a link to an artical that says about ganja causing bitch tits??

i tend not to believe this because if this was true i'd be in a dd bra by now

Canabis can enduce gyno, but just like with gear if your not predisposed to getting it you wont.

Can also lower alot of other hormones that aid growth and recovery, not that I care if you smoke or not.

Any abuse of substances that strain your liver can give you gyno. This is simply because your liver, being so stressed from processing all those toxins, whether they come excess alcohol, smoking, medications etc., can not keep up and break down estrogen.

Estrogen is an esstnetial hormone for men, however, it is in quite small quatities, as your liver breaks it down and regulates the amount in the blood stream. Any excess tream on liver, particualrly habitual use of toxic substances will not your liver to break down estrogen.

This effect can be seen quite easily in middle age men who drink regularly. Bitch tits, ruddy face and nose -these are all caused by high estrogen levels.

So bttom line is - toxins of any kind can cause these symptons, and if you are using oral steriods, then it is common sence to keep away from them -which includes alcohol.

hi guys,

ive got a muscle mag here that give the full low down on gyno and it dose include dope,

it also says gear and dope make gyno come on faster .

when i was about 20 i did used orals,injectables and dope,i may have a lil gyno so me misses says but i think its fat and big pecs ,who knows ,but id say to much of anything ant that good for ya.
