sup ppl here r just two new pictures from my fone again. have put on abit more size since i did the nabba auckland champs.

and NO my right delt/arm isnt smaller than my right its just the way i hit the pose. and i was cold (not pumped)

im fully symetrical :pfft:

might do the counties show. but other than tht will take the year off and compete in 2007 in the counties and nationals, or maybe nzfbb

p.s will get my legs up in the next day or two, just didnt wanna take my pants off with the company i was in :pfft:

my diet, i got an off season diet off of leanne grindrod. its mostly clean eating so sumtimes hard to stick too lol :? . but gets u big and keeps u lean all the time. (ive just uped the portions a little)

cant really say wat its about cause dnt wanna give her bussiness away 4 free. (by this i mean if u want the diet go c her)

but i do reccommend her advice, providing u can be strict most of the time :?

height hasnt changed think im bout 173-174cm

weight - who knows havnt found anygood scales yet. lol they all say im different weights. id say 87kg..?maybe more maybe a lil less. im sorta over the whole scale thing gets depressing at times (one day yr 88kg the next yr 85 then back up.) must be the shit scales at my gym

All the scale tells you is what you weigh. that's it. nothing about body composition or what's happening with water, muscle, fat, etc. I used to have issues with the scale number, so I threw it out lol.
