And yeah.. pullups suck. I hate doing them 'cos the pullup bar is in the middle of the gym and I've had no choice lately but to go train during peak times :oops:

Trained with my mate today and she does whatever I tell her when we're at the gym.. anyhoo with these situps, we happened to be facing a mirror, and I tell her it'd be good for her to do like a highfiving motion whenever she comes up... so she listened, thinking it was some way of upping the intensity, till I bust out laughing at her highfiving her reflection lol2.gif She's so cute.

CARDIO:

Its still my weakness :oops: I always seem to sneak a tablespoon of it (not sure who I'm hiding from lol) around the 4pm mark. I'm working it into my macros though, so all is good.

I like the signature range PB too (crunchy please) highfive.gif - Its still on the shelves at the Foodtown in Manukau though! :grin:

Its my boyfriend's birthday tomorrow! love.gif Friday the 13th.. :pfft:
