I like reading your diary - I often have a scroll to see what sort of weights you're doing (and putting me to shame!)

You also seem to be eating really clean - really impressive - but maybe it is just how I read it sometimes - but with all the activity you do I would have thought you needed a few more cals etc. to keep that fine body of yours humming along.

I am sure you know your body better than anyone - but gosh girl - Don't you get hungry?

You're totally right.. I should be eating more redface-1.gif. Its just lately that my appetite's been waning, and theres even been times where I've had to actually force myself to eat some meals :?. Its weird though, 'cos like I mentioned before - I'm usually STARVING when I diet shrug.gif. I have no idea why things are different this time unsure.gif

The fat's definitely coming off though, despite having restricted cals for

only 3 weeks :) And those shorts I've been measuring my progress by are pretty loose again \:D/ lol.

If I start plateauing, I'll probably chuck in a weekly refeed and see how that goes :)

Wow, sounds like EVERYONE got a dose of the 'sit and watch the junkfoodies grazing' tonight.... I was out with work, eating beef-n-salad w/out dressing while the lardo's around me chewed thru pasta starters, fries with mains, and cream/icecream pudding....i swear I put on kilos just from the smell :madman:

Small: NOT mental. We don't have Sky Digital, so I often go over to my mate's pad sometimes just to watch the food channel redface-1.gif. Those KFC ads are weird.. especially that "zinger burger.. zinger zinger burger" one lol2.gif Apparently the colours red and yellow were rated the highest to stimulate hunger... McD's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Wendys... just to name a few have red as their main colour. They're out to get us I tell ya!!

Worked a 12-hour shift today and the gym was closed for Anzac day, so couldn't do any training even if I wanted to (I didn't lol). By the time I finished my meal and had a shower, I fell into a carbs'n'fat induced coma lol.

Haha! I haven't watched any episodes from this season's American Idol.. always seem to be working when it's on :? You don't like Simon? I always thought his comments, though sometimes harsh.. were refreshing. Paula's the one I can't stand! Its like she's wasted half the time she comments, and she always seems to recycle the same phrases !

Haha! I haven't watched any episodes from this season's American Idol.. always seem to be working when it's on :? You don't like Simon? I don't mind Simon, if his comments are genuine, but sometimes they seem to be bitter and twisted for the sake of it...as for Paula, my wife said she'd read that Abdul's back was giving her grief and she was on major meds half the time, which could explain it.

I guess every show needs a bad judge - 'So you think you can dance' has a woman whose comments also seem to be inevitably out of sync with the other two... anyhow, American Idol lost everything for me after they booted out Amanda the Rock Chick :cry: :cry:
