how can u get front squat pbs wen u are dieting? il hav to come train and u can teach me how to do em proper...in the smith machine, no weight :lol: 8)

amen on bein hungry

but did u know theres more calories in one stick of extra apple gum than a 1.5L bottle of coke zero...? hmmm :P

It helps that I've ramped right back on the training volume :nod:

Instead of doing the high rep stuff "they" tell you to do when you're cutting (ingrained in BB folklore), I'm sticking with the heavy low reps for the compounds. So I'm basically saying to my body "Fcuk you, yous ma bitch, I'm the boss, I need ALL that muscle still, find some other way to deal with that deficit."

I'm talking crap now lol. But I'm down to train together sometime!lol2.gif

Oh and I have been watching your diet and noticed the hot chocks and thought MMMMmm I just got that WW hot choc today, bloody mavelous, cuts out those sweet cravings ;)

:nod: Definitely does curb the cravings! I used to drink the WW hot chocs all the time but I've converted to Jarrah now love.gif

I buy those 10-sachet boxes of either the Fudge Chocolatte or the Frothy (I think thats what its called?) ones. Only 43cals per sachet! (The others are like 50-something cals with more carbs) I usually add in a tsp of coffee and a equal tab into the mix as well.. so its more of a moccacino :) YUM??!!

haha crak up. yeah repping out iz shit i rekon, as u get closer u gt 2 comp, or mre extrem diet, the weaker and tireder u get anyway, so its jus "as heavy as u cn manage" - 4 me not much :P
