Fitness and weight training has been a huge and mostly positive part of my life for 17 years (I'm 33). While I'm pretty private with it generally I'm pleased to join and share my knowledge and passion.

Positive visualisation is a huge key for me in having achieved many of my fitness goals.

I actually signed up for one main reason (to ask about lifting competitions in nz), which I will make a thread on shortly.

Thanks guys. Wouldn't classify myself as a powerlifter, although at one point for about 5 years I would have (was 135kgs). These days am more into diversity in exercise and eat clean 95% of the time. Have no desire to be big again, actually around my goal weight currently. At 6 foot 4 and 94kgs. My goal at present is to get my body fat down to around 10% (currently 11.4 using calipers and scales, I know not the most accurate!!!) and just get more cut and defined.
