Congratulaions to Sharon Edmunds from Rampage Gym, Taranaki - who just won the Women's Physique Open over-55kg class in the NZIFBB Waikato Champs in Hamilton.

Nathan won overall, his conditioning was insane, absolutely shredded, khalid came in 2nd, awesome mass and good proportions but Nathan's conditioning was just too good. He looked freaky as.

Cheers ... Reminds me of washed out my abs were by night time. Gonna get the water out my own way for Nats, i was embarrassed tbh.

Riccardo... Nate was about 5% body fat not that shredded. He will be by Nats though if u thought that his condition was good at Waikato you're gonna spill your drink when u see him next weekend! He's not working, he's 100% working on his physique for the show...awesome competitor!
