Venue- Hamilton Boys High School Hamilton

Pre-Judge- 11am | $20

Finals- 5pm | $30

Does this mean you will reverse the bans on those of us who competed at the Country of Origin last year?

Going by what i have heard last year was a very big misunderstanding by all parties and its now been totally sorted by the two major organizations

If that is true is would be good. Perhaps an announcement or email to that effect would be the correct course of action.

yeah man, all that hard work and dedication you've put in so far.. use any trick at your disposal i say!

Didn't Arnoild play with Lou Ferigno's mind sometimes, I read something like that telling him some special cake was good for carb-up and Lou ate too much.

Another time I think Arnold indicated to a fellow competitor that they were to walk off stage, but Arnie stayed as this guy walked off and kept posing LOL - tricky

there's something in pumping iron.. from what I remember..

I think he said something along the lines to a competitor that when you get out on stage you gotta scream as loud as you possibly can. then the people can't miss you. they'll all look at you... then he taught him how to scream.

Why does this Event say Clarence St Theatre and the NZIFBB official website says Hamilton Boys High School.

Fixed.

I'm not sure where the first location came from, but sometimes event details change. I try to encourage event organisers to post their own events here, because then they can update the details if need be. Hopefully next year we'll see more organisers doing that. :)

Khalid was 123kg 2 weeks out. Will probably be around 115 on stage, ridiculous size. Can he bring the conditioning? He will have a tough battle on his hands to take out a former champion who is making his comeback. Looks like the 100+ class will be really good. :nod:

I hope you get some decent challengers in the 90-100 Android. Me and Harry are not doing this show so you might have a clear run, but you never know who might turn up.

Thanks Pseudo much clearer, IFBB a bit slack.

Saw Moe there is just one weigh-in and it Hamilton Friday 5-8pm. Man came close to switching to WFF for convenience but gonna drive down Friday arvo instead eating pizza along the way, weigh-in and drive all the way back again. Just to repeat it all again Sat morning

Heard Mark Reed may turnup and do show so either he's traveling lots that day or skipping WFF

was talking to someone at nabba nats last sat and the guy said mark reed wants all 3 this year. so guessing he will be doing a lot of travelling. khalid and mark will be in the same class then i suppose. fuaark i couldnt believe it when i saw mark in clothes at the pan pacifics...sooooo fuckin dry

I considered doing both, but I dont see it as being viable. The NABBA WFF overalls wont be done till after 7 then 2 hour commute to Hamilton, Might not have enough time before Open mens over 100s go on. All credit if he can manage it though.

All 3 titles in one calender year would be unprecedanted. Mark would be better to qualify down in christchurch next week though I reckon

yeah would be a great acheievement but faark what a long day it will be and a lot of stress to get there on time.
