Anyone interested in an online competition?

cant we just start it soon? im real keen for some competiton...

my TP will enter too... he is same strength upper body as me but stronger lower body. oh and he has a fat gut he would like to loose and a comp would be awesome motovation.

I would be more then happy to lighten Cammos load of protein powder.

By the time you get a few sponsors on board & work out the format etc, it will end up being after Xmas. No one really wants to diet too hard over the New Year period anyway, so why not wait until mid January when everyone gets back to normality with holidays, school, work etc.

That's exactly right, Outlaw. It's good that you're keen, Ohjoshua, but you need to be able to eat your Christmas cake! :grin:
