whats your diet like ? you using any 'supps' atm ?

Diet was irregular recently but I am on track now. Really focusing on just eating a heap of clean and dirty food. Just snacked on a can of baked beans and chop chop chicken pieces. Taking Mutant Mass again (have not had it for a few months) to get in more cals but I'm going to have to try get in a bit more cardio so I don't get even more unfit.

Supps at the moment are SizeOn, SuperPump250, Myofusion, Mutant Mass and an Animal Multi-vitamin every few days. Got some A-Bomb I have to finish so I will start taking that until it's gone.

Good on you for having the balls to put something up. My advice would be instead of practicing how you think you should do a pose go get some expert advice. Well worth the money if you are thinking of competing at some stage.
