Im willing to wager that you would put on a bench shirt the first time and not be able to bench 180. Chalk and cheese bro 8)

Nor could I shoot 2ml of test and bench a 180 BRO ....pretty sure the shirt would get me up to weight before the test helped!!!

AGREED chalk and cheese bro...with PED use it will be much harder to reach my 180kg bench than with a shirt

:pfft: :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: I am reading these posts laughing my arse off.... IMO which doesn't really count for much i guess cause I am no pro but have used a bench shirt.... and I would put money on Tongan Terror hitting a 180 bench in it first off if the right person was showing him how to use it tiny traps, I recall you at a work shop that I was at you had a huge increase with Tonka help just after one session! to what you were able to do previously just saying... and with TT raw bench being a good 150 - 160 I see no issues with a tight shirt hitting 180kg... I was training with Mark Mete the first time i used my loose shirt and took 200 down for a touch and my raw bench was 155 I didn't have the power to bring it all the way up but 180 was do able...

Just my 2 cents.... a loose shirt gave me 15 - 20 kkg on my bench a tight one I would hope 20 - 30 and possibly a touch more 8)

The big difference is its a little harder to deny that you are wearing a bench shirt.
