240 or so, so not a heavy tyre for 10 flips, but it had little lugs and it was muddy/wet so everyone struggled with only 4 people finishing. Personally I found Matt's 300 easier as I had to use my knee (poor / slower technique) on this tyre.

He said he was off to Worlds Strongest Man qualifiers in June from memory. Usually he just does one comp in the Strongman Champions League (Holland) but nothing local. There's some politics locally but I keep out of this, whether he could beat Nickoli or the other top guys now will probably never be known?

LOL - yeah agree calves need work!!

My 'lucky legs' always look skinny with high inserts on quads, seemed to always be good on stage though @ around 28".

With the switch to BBing after the next Strongman comp I'll have to tidy up the calf issue. Anyway here's a pic from a week ago before I started cardio, okay starting point I guess.

Was close to 11% - did 10 days cardio while GF was here & got BF's tested tonight 100kg @ 9.8%

Needless to say it's now time to do a lean bulk.... tune in next time for a fatter & heavier Nate! :pfft: :grin: Aiming for 110+
