Havent been training since the bb challenge that was held on here in 2008. thought id post up some pics for motivation to get back into it. reason i stopped was i had a little girl. so the budget tightened considerably and eating absurd amounts wasnt on the cards, neither was the gym membership... Ive got some kettle bells which ive been using for about two months regulary now.

Stats: height 187cm wieght 97kg. almost 23 years old.

critique welcome, but go easy on the legs. i have cronik arthritis(no jokes) in my knees, had 9 surguries in total on my knees alone. let alone the rest of me.(racing bmx and motocross did this!)

hoping to get it back under 10% then pack on some muscle again and stay lean.

Hey man, long time no see! You've lost some size in the delts, and you're looking a bit softer around the chest than I recall (I think that's a nice way of putting it! :pfft:) But you haven't put on any love handles at all really - obviously you just don't store fat around the waist. Arms still looking good though, and I think I can see some abs trying to poke through.

Don't restrict yourself to kettle bells either. You're a greasemonkey - I know you've got the tools and the space to set yourself up with a decent makeshift gym. Get an axle, throw some tyres on it, and call it a barbell. Or something like that. I'm not the mechanic. :D

Still got good solid base for atall guy to work with. Good sensible exercise & weight training might help your arthritis combined with clean diet & some good fats omega 3s etc.some gyms have cheap weekly membership over 30 or 60 day contract that might suit you. If you get back into it I'm sure the wife & baby will appreciate a fit Dad. Good luck.

Hi there, you have got awsum arms, def a good base to work with, just a little soft here and there but nothing abit of cardio and hard weight training won't fix. Your legs are nice a solid so you will look pretty sharp once you knock the body back into shape.

Tell your mum not to worry about the eggs. Next time either you or your little one requires a doctors visit, ask the doctor if you can get some bloods done. Our GP is great I go every month to get my script, and my husband comes along and gets what he might need and it still only costs us 1 appt... Mine.
