I don't really know, but here's my best guess...Chest (particularly upper?) and a bit of front delts for the top of the movement. Almost entirely rotator cuff (small muscles in the shoulder) by the bottom of the movement - so probably not the kindest thing to do to your shoulders.Does that sound right to you cleverer people?
