Awesome work mate

I don't see anything wrong with your mid-inner-back, in the lat spread pose you are flattening the muscles anyway to get the max width, the moment you pull those elbows back the mid back will pop, nothing wrong with lower back either, as mentioned by others before, that's one of those areas that come out last when body fat very low in most people...

Well done bro.....

Thanks big fella you should post up a spread so we can see some real lats! :poked:

looking solid, cant give any pro tips tho

infact what's your favourite back exercise and why?

Thanks bro you have made awesome progress!

This one may be a bit controversial as some might say not a direct back movement (like to get some opinions on this one) but for me hands down it's rack pulls, i love it because you can lift so much more than your dead (for me 70kg more)

I thought my organs were fucked because my whole back was so sore the next day! lololol i would start at a 60 kg adding a plate each set till i reach 300k) if your not almost passing out your doing it wrong

Like rack pulls for lower & middle back development. 300kg M8 is a very decent weight & is showing in your physique. Nice V in progress :D

Usually at just below knee height mate, the lowest i go is about 3 inches below the knee.

At every inch below there the amount of weight i can lift is significantly reduced, if i'm feeling low on energy il pull above the knee as for me if i give them everything iv'e got they tax me like nothing else.
