Hi all!

Back to the gym after a very lazy time!

Got alot to shift(fat).

Actual got some where with training when i was in

the uk but stopped once i moved to NZ.

Thought there was no takeaways here and i would be safe

so after 5 years of sampling NZ's finest food!

Its time to clean up!

Given up alcohol as well!
