Was wondering if there should be a category in shows allowing for a bit more fun & originality. Would be entertaining & get the crowd going for sure.

I had this idea after watching MikeD guest pose at a show last year ....

When the two overall classes come out for posedown - pick a great posing track ....

.... and lift the lights after the first 2 minutes and get them to walk through the crowd.

Gives them the opportunity to get up close to the crowd - the whole room erupted from memory. Would be a bit stronger wth your entire divisional category winners out working the crowd.

Snuck in a moon pose at 1.07min - is that banned in Nabba like IFBB?

yeah Mike's a good poser. You see Jay & the boys getting amongst the crowds quite often. Probably not competition BBing as such butI guess there has to be an entertainment value in shows. This we are seeing with other acts & groups getting involved during breaks such as the Bench Press comps etc
