Yeah was good to see you Troy, even if the weights you were lifting were a bit girly :pfft:

With the people you are surrounding yourself with and your levels of self motivation it wont be long before you are up there with the big guys. You have to remember you are a natural lifter to mate which cant be said for some of the guys you are competing against.

Front Squats

60kg x 10

100kg x 5

140kg x 3 pinned :evil: shit bar hit safety rail

140kg x 5 easier big Damo on stand by cheers mate

Single leg lying curls

full stack x 8 each leg x 3 sets

Outside to break / attempt to break in house tyre flip 230kg x 6 flips fastest time was just over 19sec

Myself and Rik broke it about 5 times today together with the title going backwards and forwards between us my fastest time 13.06sec and Rik holds the new in house record at 12.72sec well done mate it is beatable just not today but will need to be a good run to beat it :clap: :clap:

Cheers Damo it looked slower on the video than I can remember on the day hahaha maybe not as fast as I thought hahaha shall work on it after looking at that maybe time to gain is between the flips moving body quicker could shave off another couple off seconds shall give it another crack soon can't have pencil neck beating me :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: ......

Loading stones my stones 99kg and 127kg Dales heavier

99kg stone & 127kg? from memory tried the heavier one but not strong enough yet but I'll get it....

Log Lifts 75kg sets off 3 and 4

And just some technique work to help load stones with the log using lower back and core...

Just going to build my base up first 3 sets of 8 with 30 sec rest

Bent over rows with a pause

60kg x 8 x 3sets (30 seconds rest between each set) Weight up next week

Seated Dumbell Press (pause at bottom and top)

30kg x 8 x 3sets (30 seconds rest between each set) Weight up next week

Front raises (pause at top)

15kg x 8 x 3sets (30 seconds rest between each set) Weight up next week

Upright Rows

60kg x 8 x 3sets (30 seconds rest between each set) Weight up next week

Barbell Curls

60kg x 8 x 3sets (weight the same next week)(30 seconds rest between each set)

Hammer Curls

30kg x 8 x 3sets (30 seconds rest between each set) Weight up next week

Dips

BW x 10 x 5sets (10sec rest between each set) add weight next week

Delcine sit ups

BW x 25 x 5sets (30 seconds rest between each set) Weight up next week

In and out in just under the hour and about an inch bigger every where and a lost off at least 2lt off water

add more weight and keep it trucking

180kg x 8 x 3sets 1 minute rest (not good enough for 30sec yet)

same weight next week

Zercher Squat

100kg x 8 x 3sets 30 second rest weight up next week

Hammer Strength Sitting Leg Curl

40kg x 8 x 3sets pause at top weight up next week 30sec rest

Deadlifts

140kg x 8 x 3sets 30sec rest weight up next week

One Arm Dumbell Row

35kg x 8 x 3sets pause at top 30sec rest weight up next week

Bench

100kg x 8 x 3sets weight up next week 30 sec rest

sitting Calf Raises

# not really heavy stuff but knackered not as fast as yesterday but still lost at least 2lt off water top hanging off wet....

Strongman Training (alot off effort put in here taxed out for other events today but very cool)

Deadlifts working up to sets off 220kg for max reps

Log Press

sets off reps - very weak point for me.... will smash shoulders

Loading log onto knees 147kg practice for stone loading x 3 loads per set

Farmers walk - waste off time - taxed out...... change to herc hold waste off time taxed out.....
