whats going on...hammer curls and calf rises?! :lol: :pfft: lol bringin up all the laggin body parts up to parr with the rest viking?

he'll need a hell of a lot more then few curls n raises, if hes gunna bring that body upto speed :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

Nice training bro 8) you doing the next novice comp? In a conversation with simon I had a while ago, he said I should be trying to do as many comps as I possibly could to get the experience up even if I was lifting piddly weights. I would like to see the viking on the platform more often, brings it every time always gives the place more atmosphere :twisted:

Cheers Bro... yeah I am hearing ya mate but stuck in hard place at present to be fair some say too strong for Novice comps but I am not strong enough for Auckland Champs personally I want to hit 800 at Bbro this year that's my goal, so next year mate I'm knocking on the door step off where I need to be to place well.... But will do 3 or 4 comps next year, this year will be loose gear even bbro and after that comp I will order a size down on all three suits for that year and go from there...

Yea bro genetics. Squatting with sateki gave me that extra little motivation to push further. Hopefully in the next few months well be tp's. from what he said the genetics guys are going real good. Lance is back into training again, neil hit the high 300s on box squats and raymond is hitting some good dl numbers. CBC in the north, Genetics in south, Kudos in the waikato, PH in welly, ESBB in chch and the powerdome guys, Nationals this year is going to be packed full of some strong lifters from all categorys!

VP your definetley capable of that 800 this bbro you know whats next...900 then the big 1000 :nod:

For sure TT I can't wait to see the nationals this year will be a couple off day trips for me, no one to look after my dog 8) will be worth it.

TT as for totals I'll just keep clipping away as fast and as safe as possible and see where I get split in two...... :lol::lol::lol:
