Sup.

Thought id post a pic of my progress so far so that people that don't stop over in my journal could take a look. And hopefully inspire some scrawny guys to have a feed and do some Dead lifts.

lots of strength and size still out there for the taking closing in on a 200kg deadlift.

Just over 2years deference between the two. and im slightly more developed on my right side.

Awesome! I look like the scrawny you, except I get the feeling I'm about 10 years older than you. Not that that's an excuse.

haha im 25 man. will be interesting to see you grow. Its always good to look back and see how far one has come. But more importantly to look 4wrd and conquer new heights, make improvements and set new goals.

good results Monarchking, thats a huge mofo increase for 2 years!

how much weight did ya gain?

23kg. body fats not ideal but comftableish

I wasn't far off. 8 years older.

You've done well. I hope I can stick it out - Actually, hope's got nothing to do with it. I will stick it out (mainly because I know that my training partners need me too much and I'm all about helping them :shifty: :pfft: )

Nice gains over 2 years. Only thing I have to say is that the poses are different so it's hard to be able to completely distinguish between them, but still, keep at it and try add on another 23 kgs

haha good attitude, but your right, about the poses so I posted a new pic. Im desperately trying to get some more width. and shit i need to do some curls too

here is quads. working hard this year to bring calves into play, made a noob mistake of not treating them seriously. not realy sure how to do side hammy pose thingy. my squats back on the climb after an injury so looking for bigger numbers this year 4sure

hahaha. It all comes with the territory of training hard and it seems like with the results you're doing good so far. Don't let yourself down!
