G'day all

8) I was cruising around the net looking for nutrition ideas and came across the site. I think its awesome how everyone is so supportive of each other and there is no negative comments or eigos running riot.

Ok about me, I moved to Auckland from Aussie last year. I have been training with weights on and off for about 3 years but the last 9 months i have been serious about it. My main problem at the moment is my eating habbits and therefore I am trying to work out a really good diet. I am getting there I think, but may be suffering from a bit of information overload, so any help on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
