Right, anyone with kids here? I haven't been able to leave the house, let alone train! Well I got a half hour sesh in last night. My boy has a bad viral infection, the missus has succumbed as well, so I've been left to do the 'hard yards'!

At least I got my car back yesterday! Will hopefully get a sesh in on Friday.....watch this space.

Ok, I have missed the journel owing to a number of factors...so there are two workouts missing.....damn the following:

3) Stupid flatmates that flood the downstairs with a dodgy washing machine

I'm into maintenance phase now...it's all 3x3, much lower volume, but weights keep increasing. I'm still getting stronger....on Sunday I managed a 3 on 160 Squat.

Overall, very happy. I didn't put on any weight, but bodyfat has gone down a little so gains there. However, I certainly wouldn't have done a 5 on 160 Squat before this, nor would I have done a triple on 115 bench. I'll get around to a 1rm soon.

I'll let you know...training is a bit sporadic at the mo. I have to pick my son up (again) from daycare as he has 'hand, foot, and mouth disease (no relation to foot and mouth disease). I'll definately notice an increase on a shoulder workout as it's my favourite w/o of all.
