Well bit of a bad buzz last thursday, Was doing legs, came to the end of my workout and was doing leg press, nothing to heavy got to the las set. BANG! something in my head went pop! Followed by a 20 min Mind throbbing, crippling headache. . slept that night woke up feeling a bit woozie with a mild headache, went to the doc nothing major wrong she thought. Just take it easy, and rest up. So.....Today i attempted chest, was doing DB and went heavy, soon as my heart rate got up my head started throbbing. So i googled it, turns out quite alot of people have experinced this, from not breathing properly. anyone on here had this before?? am hoping it will subside soon..

dude, what happened with this? I had like the exact same thing 2 weeks ago...

good to hear it went away man, when it popped for me I stopped tried lifting next day and boom hell of a headache, dr then gave me CT scan, spinal tap etc...scared the shit outta me. Have only recovered from spinal tap in last few days so looking forward to a light chest session tomorrow and hope it doesn't destroy my life haha..happened to me on leg press, lots of weight and high rep with little breathing in last few reps, never again!!

yep your story is the exact same as mine, and another of a mate of mine, he now take these pills which stop pressue from building up in his head, reckns they the "majic pill" haha keep me posted.

Also im sure it has something to do with when your in that "squat" or "seated" position it must hit the nerves and spike something. I dunno not a neurologist.haha

So it's been a while since i updated this, Im now living abroad, and are using the fact I don't know anyone and have nothing to waste time on, to really lay down some hard yards. Im weighing 79kg now so have put on ruffly 4kg since my last photos, but my goal is to get to 85kg and look as lean as possiable.

I don't beileve in working twice and doing the "cutting phase" so im putting heaps of work into my diet, to add the muscle quick, and lean as poss. iv been hitting the legs twice a week (so sore as write this I can hardly walk haha) ,but am determined to add this weight. so pain is gain i guess..Will be adding pics as I goany tips or hints gladly accepted...

Very keen on how that is going for you. Someone said 'you are not overtraining if you eat enough' or something like that but never really thought thats true unless steroids.

by the way very good progress I'll be watching this thread.
